A 2D set is where the scan becomes a drawing. Floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, site plans and details are drafted from the registered point cloud, so every line connects back to a measured surface rather than a tape measure or an old record set. Files are delivered as DWG and PDF, layered to your titleblock and layer conventions, so they land in your project set and stay there. Architects, engineers and contractors then work from the same existing conditions, which is what keeps field surprises and redraws off the schedule. The same capture carries forward: when a project needs a Revit model, the BIM portfolio shows what that scan becomes next.
