We produce as-built plans in Pittsburgh and throughout Western Pennsylvania from our base in Homestead, PA. Most of the work is commercial — commercial as-built floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, building sections, and elevations for owners, architects, and facility teams.

An as-built drawing in Pennsylvania that has to support a permit submission, a lease exhibit, or renovation design needs a defensible accuracy statement, not just clean line weights. Every set is delivered with its USIBD Level of Accuracy documented, so the tolerance is on the record rather than assumed.
